I had an amazing night at One tonight. Formerly not open on Mondays, but now rocking the Riverbend every Monday night with happy hour from five to seven, and half off bottles of wine Monday through Wednesday, all I can say is … wow!
But, you already knew I loved what Scott and Lee have done.
As always, I’m up for the tuna with sesame ginger and marinated cucumber. Light, refreshing and summery. Started off with a little special soup tonight, too. Honeydew and Cucumber Chilled soup … Beautiful AND Heavenly.
If you’re looking for a satisfying and adventurous meal on a Monday night, One is your best bet.
