It’s here, it’s here! Finally! I have been talking about hosting a New Orleans dinner in Brussels again since the last successful one with Sylvain, of Un peu gay dans les coings and Apolina, of Bombay Bruxelles. In fact, that was 18 October 2014, so we’re announcing this one almost a year to the day later! If you’re in Brussels, read on. Okay, back to it – I am so. super. excited to partner with an amazing group of food lovers: the Meetsies!

Here are the takeaway details:

• 12 EUR per meal (Reduced!)
• Monday, November 16, 2015
• Pickup starts at 18h and ends at 19h
• After you book, you’ll receive the details on pickup location
• On the menu:
  1. Entree/App: Cajun Corn Maque Choux
  2. Dinner: New Orleans Red Beans & Rice with Sweet Cornbread
  3. No dessert … but save a piece of that cornbread and you’re set! 🙂

And, if anyone thinks that this day is just a random Monday in November, it’s not. Help me celebrate my love for my mother and her love for me … November 16th will be 20 years since she passed away. What better way to honor her than to share tradition?
